3D printing!!
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Vinyl Record Decor
As the creator behind the VinylVisits page, I designed this 3D printed vinyl record decor to reflect the aesthetic of the page. Currently, it's a decorative piece, but I plan to expand it into a functional record stand once the base is finished. This project blends my passion for vinyl with my design skills, creating a unique piece that showcases the culture of vinyl records while serving as a future functional addition to any collection.
Mousetrap Car
For my mechanical engineering class, I designed and 3D printed a mousetrap as part of a project that combined creativity with engineering principles. This mousetrap was carefully engineered to showcase the mechanics behind simple machines and the principles of force, tension, and movement. The project allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical, hands-on way, while also refining my skills in 3D modeling and printing.
Accessible Utensile
I created a 3D printed adaptive eating utensil designed to assist individuals with weakened hand functionality. The utensil features a wide, ergonomic grip with added support, allowing for easier handling and reducing the effort needed to eat. The design is customizable, enabling the user to replace the utensil heads as needed, offering a versatile solution to improve daily living.
