Welcome to my personal portfolio! I’m a second-year student at the University of Virginia, pursuing a major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Engineering Business. My journey so far has been fueled by curiosity, passion, and the drive to solve problems that make a difference.

Growing up, I was inspired by my grandfather, a former Army engineer, who had a knack for building gadgets that made life easier. His house was like a treasure trove of clever inventions, each one stamped with his signature "C. Ollie" tag. Seeing his creativity and practical problem-solving sparked my own curiosity and love for making things.

That curiosity turned into a true passion in 9th grade during a robotics class, where we were tasked with building an autonomous robot to defuse a simulated bomb. Watching how robotics could make a positive impact while really enjoying during the building process planted the seed for my future. It was in that moment I realized: this is what I want to do!

Outside the classroom, you’ll usually find me immersed in music, playing basketball, or brainstorming the next big thing for my clothing brand, GameTime Clothing. I’m also proud to be on the executive board of the UVA National Society of Black Engineers & Center for Diversity in Engineering, where I help create opportunities and connections for aspiring engineers like myself.

Looking ahead, I’m on a mission to combine my engineering expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to build innovative solutions and inspire others along the way. Whether it’s designing smarter systems, creating products that resonate, or collaborating with driven teams, I’m all in.

Fun fact: I’m an avid vinyl collector and love the unique sound and tactile experience that comes with playing records.
